Ye has officially announced a release date for his upcoming sequel album, titled 'Donda 2' - February 22nd.

It is not yet known if the art posted by Ye will become the cover art for the project. The picture itself is a stark contrast from the featureless black square used as the album cover for Donda, with the image appearing to showcase a replica of Ye's childhood home that is on fire.

This is somewhat similar to the imagery shown off during Ye's final listening party for Donda, where he set himself on fire while within a replica of his childhood home.

The album is set to release less than six months after Ye's last album, Donda, which released in August 2021. 'Donda 2' is also set to be executive produced by close Ye affiliate and fellow artist Future.
